PALM SUNDAY
An Anglican Palm Sunday service at Holy Trinity Church begins on the church grounds, where congregants greet one another with palm branches, emblematic of Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem. The clergy, vested in traditional robes, lead the procession, inviting the community to join in joyous hymns that celebrate this significant event in the liturgical calendar.
Inside, the liturgy unfolds with readings from the Gospel that recount the narrative of Jesus’ entry, blending themes of kingship and humility. We will continue with our standard liturgy of hymns, prayers, and Holy Communion!
The Palm Sunday service at Holy Trinity Church beautifully weaves together celebration and contemplation, offering a meaningful start to Holy Week for all who attend!
